An account is required if you want to place an order. The account will save your information, order history, and the status of your orders. For your privacy and security, we do not save your credit or gift card information. On the My Account page of our website, you can change saved information anytime.

Removal or Editing Your Information

If you wish to unsubscribe to the promotional emails, please visit the “email unsubscribe page” on the website or click on the link available at the bottom of any promotional email.

Your information needs to be shared with a 3rd-party shipping and delivery companies in order to deliver the products or services you have ordered. We will not share your personal information with other organizations without your consent in advance for any other reason not related directly to serving you.

MageToy.com will never sell or lease your personally information for any purpose, at any time. We will not apply any personal information about you other than assisting us to serve you better.

We may supply your IP addresses to the proper authorities when we have to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order.

MageToy.com allows unsatisfied customers return or cancellation requests. An exchange or refund is dependent upon the type of items purchased.

Custom made items may not be returned or canceled once the item has been processed.

 

Return Policy

Please note that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with tags intact and attached. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality related issues

Items may be returned for the following reasons:

Poor Quality:

If there is any quality problem related issues to a purchased item, please send photographs or videos clearly showing the problem. Once we confirmed it is our fault, you can initiate a return for the item, and we will refund all of the cost together with shipping fees.

Wrong Item Shipped:

If the wrong size or color was delivered, please return the item with a copy of the receipt in order to confirm the fault of MageToy.com. A full refund or exchange may be issued. If the wrong size or color was purchased, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please read the size details of the items. Size errors of less than 2cm are considered to be normal and will not be granted for a refund. Slight color mismatch between the item and the computer monitor shows may not mean that the item is wrongly shipped.

For other mistakes, please send pictures and inquiries to service@MageToy.com. Once we confirmed it was our fault, an exchange or reimbursement will be granted. Customers need to confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return or exchange.

Lost or Missing Items:

Please contact us at service@MageToy.com immediately. Once confirmed, a full refund or reshipment of the item will be granted.

Defective or Damaged:

It is likely an item could be damaged during the delivery process. Please don't accept a package if you see any sign of damage on the outside packing of the package and ask the delivery person to return it back to the sender. If you open the package and see any damage or defect, please send photographs or videos clearly showing the problem and the courier number as soon as possible. Once confirmed, you may choose to exchange or refund.

Change of Heart:

Buyer’s remorse can be resolved with an exchange or refund depending on the type items and before the order is shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy

Most orders can be cancelled at no charge before the processing time. Orders cannot be cancelled 3 days after from when the order was placed.

Cancellation Guidelines and Conditions:

1.     Orders cancelled before it has been shipped out will be given a full refund.

2.     Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exceptions:

Please be aware we do not accept cancellation of custom-made products as they are completely designed and made for you. So please check the details of your custom-made products before you place an order
